Here are some screenshots from my upcoming game: Zombie
Manor! The game utilizes zombies that I created using
Burt's tutorials on scripting zombie Trsantis and zombie maids.
Special thanks to Burt for the scripting secrets! You can view
zombie Trsantis in the enclosed screenshots that hold and wield
different weapons.
You can see the zombie Trsanti that Burt created in his
scripting secrets -- swinging a scythe. I then created zombies
that wield an archaic dagger, and also one that wields the gypsy
witch daggers. These zombies are deadly! (Keep in mind that I
also created zombie Trsantis that wield other weapons -- such as
Saint staffs, other daggers and swords, revolvers, monk staffs,
etc.)
I also want to add that I created my own zombie creature,
the bizarre Zombie Groundskeeper by painting
my own images -- of skin textures -- in Adobe Photoshop 2. I
then utilized the scripting secrets supplied by Burt to import
the images (as textures) in the editor, then scripted them onto
a new class of creature -- the zombie Groundskeeper! You can
view several screenshots of this zombie groundskeeper in the
enclosed images. This creature has AI (Artificial Intelligence)
-- exhibiting grunts, moans, horrible sounds -- and slow zombie
movements!
In Zombie Manor, I used narrator script
to bring the groundskeeper zombie to life. I also used narrator
script to bring the zombie maids to life (and make them hunt,
walk to the player, reach out, etc.) You will see some zombie
maids I created that conform to the ones Burt created in his
zombie scripting tutorial. You will also see some new zombie
maids that I created. Here are some screenshots of the game I
made -- soon to be posted to the website. Enjoy!
Sincerely,
Paul Lightning
