Ozone Air Purification
WHAT IS OZONE and OZONE USES
There are some negative views on the use of
ozone however if you read about them the results are all in
reference to ozone levels in occupied spaces. The application of
High Ozone Shock Treatments in
unoccupied spaces reach levels high enough to
kill mold, bacteria and virus. The
main thing to keep in mind is to generate ozone to a high amount
to be effective in disinfecting the air and surfaces. This is
can only be achieved in an application where the rooms being
treated are not occupied by people, pets and plants during the
treatment. After treatment the room or building is aired out for
approximately 1 to 2 hours and the ozone reverts back to oxygen
(O2) then the area is safe to return to with the
room or buildings air smelling fresh and
clean, just like after a lightning storm. No bad odors or
bacteria in the air as well as on the surfaces in the area
treated.
